If any customer is not be completely satisfied with any purchase made, it may be returned within five days of receipt to receive a complete refund, less any postage or freight costs.
Please include postage with all orders. Any items worth over $100 will be sent by Courier Post within New Zealand ($5.00 for small items and up to $10.00 for larger). Overseas customers please allow $10.00 for small items or $25.00 for insured mail. Ask for a quotation on all larger items. Please note that international registered mail and international sea-mail have now been discontinued.
The prices on this list cancel those on all previous lists.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering, unless another arrangement has been made. Items can only be sent on approval to known customers.
Payment may be made by cash, cheque or credit card. We accept MASTERCARD, VISA or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Please supply details of card number, expiry date and name on the card. EFTPOS is available to customers visiting our shop. Please make all cheques payable to MILITARY MEMORABILIA.
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, email or letter. All items are sold on a first come first served basis.
I am happy to sell items on a LAY-BY basis, but regular payments must be made and items paid off within a reasonable period of time. If no payments are received within a THIRTY DAY period, items will be returned to stock. A service charge may be deducted from any payments made. I cannot hold any items without a deposit for more than THREE DAYS for local customers or SEVEN DAYS for overseas customers.
I am always interested in accepting certain items in trade or part exchange for items listed in this catalogue. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS UNLESS A PRIOR ARRANGEMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

SUBSCRIPTION RATES - Local - ordinary mail $20.00, fast post $23.00, Overseas airmail - Australia $25.00, rest of the world $30.00. If a renewal form is enclosed with your catalogue, then your subscription has expired. Catalogues may be sent by email free of charge. Catalogues are also available by email FREE OF CHARGE. These are usually sent a couple of days after the mail order catalogues have been posted.
